How our fees work
APV Health Research Group provides research advisory, implementation science and evaluation, publication mentorship, and training services. Fees are quoted in a written proposal for each engagement, and any deposits, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in that proposal or the agreement signed by both parties. Payments are not collected through this website.
Cancelling an engagement
Either party may cancel an engagement in writing by email to contact@apvhealthresearch.com. The signed proposal or agreement for that engagement governs what happens on cancellation, including payment for work already performed and the treatment of any deposit.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the proposal or agreement governing the engagement. If you have a question about a payment or a refund, write to us at contact@apvhealthresearch.com and we will review it against the terms of your engagement.
Training and workshops
Where training or workshop fees apply, the registration terms for that specific program — including any cancellation or transfer deadlines — are stated at the time of registration.
